An ERP for a regional livestock carrier
A full transport ERP replacing a 20-year-old legacy system — bookings, runsheets, driver workflows with proof-of-delivery, rate cards, invoicing and reporting — with decades of history migrated.
The challenge
A regional livestock transport business ran on a purpose-built system that was twenty years old. It still worked, but it had quietly become a liability — hard to change, hard to support, and holding two decades of operational history the business could not afford to lose.
Our approach
We rebuilt it as a modern web platform, end to end: bookings, runsheets, driver workflows with proof-of-delivery, rate cards, invoicing and reporting. The decades of history were extracted from the closed legacy system and migrated — millions of rows — so nothing was left behind in the switch.
The outcome
One operations platform the office and the drivers share, on a maintainable modern stack the business owns outright. In production today, doing the daily work the old system used to.
